The 50 minute session includes The Linden Method program pack, The Linden Method Workshop DVD set, a copy of Charles’ Stress Free in 30 Days program and 50 minutes with Charles coaching you to anxiety freedom. After the session, you will receive unlimited ongoing guidance from Charles’ team of Linden Method Specialists.
