Do you get inappropriate/disturbing thoughts that go against your natural orientation or desires?

These are often referred to as PURE O, HOCD, POCD or ROCD... but they are NOT what you might believe!
HOCD, POCD, ROCD, EOCD... no matter what acronym is applied to these conditions, we will show you how they are all the same thing.

Like the core condition of OCD as described in the last section... these 'disorders' aren't, in fact, disorders at all. They are specific manifestations of anxious fear response.

HOCD - Homosexual Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
ROCD - Relationship/Religious Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
POCD - Paedophile Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
EOCD - Existentialist Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

None of the above conditions actually exist... they are acronyms dreamed up by psychology in order to explain the thoughts experienced by anxiety sufferers during the fear response... when you understand fully how these thoughts are generated and why you suffer with them, it will make complete sense... but most importantly, they will no longer cause you concern.

The name Pure O, comes from the notion that these conditions are the same as OCD but without the 'compulsion' element... the bit that makes you wash your hand repeatedly for example... this is, however, misleading because your condition, like OCD, is a symptom of an underlying anxiety disorder, not a separate condition.

Your obsessive focus on your sexuality, inappropriate sexual focuses, relationships, religion or existence etc. are not 'phobias' or 'obsessions' at all... they are risk assessments created by the mind in the fight or flight response.

These thoughts are FICTION.

Regardless of the focus subject matter, if you have one of these categories of anxiety conditions, it is entirely created by the underlying anxiety disorder and can be erased quickly without medication or talking therapies. I have helped thousands to recover fully.

HOCD, POCD, EOCD and ROCD are just three of the many Pure O acronyms we have heard over the 20 years we have been practising and I can tell you with certainty that in not one single case that we have helped has the recovered sufferer continued to experience these inappropriate thoughts.

We will show you how to quickly remove the anxiety condition that generates your 'what if' thoughts.

Psychologist MSc. MA BPS - Linden Tree Head of Training & Education
As a psychologist working in practice, I am compelled by the thousands of recoveries we produce at TLM and the Retreats. Recovery isn't a word often used in psychology or psychiatry, because most patients don't get to experience the recovery they hoped for. I have been at Linden Tree since 2002 and the word recovery is used daily, because we produce recovery and in great numbers. We all adore what we do because what we do works more effectively than anything else available.
